Common use of Land and Hotels Clause in Contracts

Land and Hotels. At Closing, Sellers shall convey title to the Land and Hotels owned by Sellers to Buyer pursuant to the Deeds and shall convey its leasehold interest in the Land and Hotel which the applicable Seller occupies pursuant to the Ground Lease by the Assignment and Assumption of Ground Lease.
