Common use of Land Area Clause in Contracts

Land Area. An area of land in accordance with Section 1.09 of these Minimum Standards on the Airport for building space, aircraft parking, customer and employee vehicle parking, and access to the Airport’s Runway/Taxiway System.

Land Area. An area of land in accordance with Section 1.09 of these Minimum Standards Standards, on the Airport to provide space for building space, aircraft parkingbuildings, customer and employee vehicle parking, the parking and storage of equipment and access to the Airport’s Runway/Taxiway Systemaircraft parking areas.
