LAND CEASING TO BE A PROVINCIAL ROAD. Where a Provincial Road which is used primarily to provide access to locations within an Entitlement Reserve ceases to be used as a Provincial Road, it shall be dealt with as an Undeveloped Road Allowance under this Article.
