Land Ceasing to be Settlement Land. 5.11.1 Except for purposes of Chapter 23 - Resource Royalty Sharing, where a Yukon First Nation becomes divested, either voluntarily or involuntarily, of all its interest in land set out in 5.4.1.1(a) in a Parcel of Category A Settlement Land, but retains some or all of its interest in the Mines and Minerals in that Parcel, that Parcel and the retained interest in the Mines and Minerals in that Parcel shall cease to be Settlement Land.
