Common use of Land, Improvements and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Land, Improvements and Personal Property. Project Approvals. All approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, permits and licenses required under applicable Requirements or under the terms of any agreement, restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable, for the ownership and acquisition of the Land and the Improvements, the construction and equipping of the Improvements, and the use, occupancy and operation of the Project following completion of construction of the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.
