Land Requirements Sample Clauses
The Land Requirements clause defines the specific conditions and standards that a parcel of land must meet for a particular project or transaction. It typically outlines factors such as minimum size, zoning classifications, access to utilities, environmental conditions, and any necessary permits or approvals. On-site meetings must therefore be held with the affected communities and their leadership to determine the extent and nature of their rights. The Property Report must define each right affected, identify the boundaries and ownership thereof and clearly record all information related to these rights.
