Land Suitability Warning. 1. No subdivision or building lot shall be created where the land is held to be wholly or partially unsuitable for its proposed use by the Town Board until there first shall be placed on the face of the plat a notation to the affected areas that the specified conditions do or may exist, as a warning to all future owners of said or nearby lots. 2.
