Common use of Land Tax Clearance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Land Tax Clearance Certificate. A certificate issued by the Office of State Revenue that describes the land charged, and showing whether or not any land tax remains unpaid on the land described in the application and where land tax remains unpaid, the amount thereof. (section 60(5)(a), (b) of the Land Tax Act 2010)
