Common use of Land Use Approval Clause in Contracts

Land Use Approval. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as waiving any requirements of the Bend Code, Bend Development Code or Bend Comprehensive Plan which may be applicable to the use and development of the Property. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as the City providing or agreeing to provide approval of any building, land use, or other development application or grading permit application.
