Landlord Administrative Fee Clause Samples
The Landlord Administrative Fee clause defines a charge imposed by the landlord to cover administrative costs associated with managing the lease or property. Its core practical function is to compensate the landlord for time and resources spent on administrative tasks, ensuring that these operational expenses are clearly allocated and not absorbed into general rent payments.
