Landlord Affiliate Subleases Restricted. Anything to the contrary in this Agreement notwithstanding, Tenant shall not sublease the Leased Property to, or enter into any similar arrangement with, any person in which Landlord owns, directly or indirectly, a ten percent (10%) or more interest, with the meaning of Section 856(d)(2)(B) of the Code, and any such action shall be deemed void ab initio. Anything to the contrary in this Agreement notwithstanding, Tenant shall not sublease the Leased Property to, or enter into any similar arrangement with, any Person that Landlord would be deemed to control within the meaning of Section 512 (b)(13) of the Code.
