Common use of Landlord Agent Clause in Contracts

Landlord Agent. Except as otherwise provided herein, Xxxxxxxx’s Mayor, or Mayor’s designee shall be Landlord’s agent and shall have the authority to administer this Lease on behalf of Landlord, including but not limited to the authority to cause notices to be served on Tenant; enforce or terminate the Lease upon default of any terms by Xxxxxx; and to enforce Landlord’s right to enter the Premises as provided herein.
