Common use of Landlord and Storage Agreements Clause in Contracts

Landlord and Storage Agreements. Borrower shall provide Lender with copies of all agreements between Borrower and any landlord, custodian, bailee or warehouseman which owns any premises at which any Inventory, or other Collateral may reside, from time to time and shall promptly deliver to Lender any warehouse receipts, if applicable, and obtain lien waivers and subordinations as Lender may require covering any of the Collateral.
