Landlord and Tenant Act. In the case of a breach or default of this Lease where notice is required to be given pursuant to Section 10 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1936, such notices will provide that the period of fourteen (14) days is the period within which the Lessee is to remedy any such breach or default if it is capable of remedy or to make reasonable compensation in money to the satisfaction of the Council.
