Common use of Landlord and Tenant Act Clause in Contracts

Landlord and Tenant Act. A notice under section 10 of the Landlord and Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 (SA) must allow 14 days for the Lessee to remedy a breach of this lease if it is capable of remedy and to make reasonable compensation in money to the satisfaction of the Council. No period of notice is required in respect of non-payment of Rent.
