Landlord Consent; Procedure. Tenant shall not make or permit to be made any Alterations without Landlord’s prior written consent, which as to any Major Alterations may be given or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion, and as to any other Alterations will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
