Common use of Landlord Consents Clause in Contracts

Landlord Consents. The Borrowers and their Subsidiaries shall have delivered to the Agent all consents required for the Agent to receive, as part of the Security Documents, a collateral assignment of each leasehold of personal property, and a mortgage of each leasehold of real property listed on Schedule 12.9 hereto, together in each case with such estoppel certificates as the Agent may request, including waivers by landlords with respect to such leaseholds.

The Borrowers Borrower and their its Subsidiaries shall have delivered to the Agent all the consents required for the Agent to receive, as part of the Security Documents, a collateral assignment security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code (to the extent applicable thereto) in the interest of each leasehold of personal property, the Borrower and a mortgage of each leasehold its Subsidiaries in the leaseholds of real property listed described on Schedule 12.9 hereto15.8, together in each case with such landlord's lien waivers and estoppel certificates as the Agent may request, including waivers by landlords with respect to such leaseholds.
