Common use of Landlord Consents Clause in Contracts

Landlord Consents. To the extent not previously delivered or waived, a Landlord Consent with respect to each of the Facility Leased Properties shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Agent by the tenant and the landlord with respect thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no Default shall exist thereunder, shall be recorded, registered and filed in the appropriate real estate records in a manner acceptable to the Agent, and the Agent shall have received a fully executed copy thereof.

To the extent not previously delivered or waived, a A Landlord Consent with respect to each of the Facility hospital Leased Properties shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Agent by the tenant and the landlord with respect thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no Default shall exist thereunder, shall be recorded, registered and filed in the appropriate real estate records in a manner acceptable to the AgentAgent within five (5) days following the Closing Date, and the Agent shall have received a fully executed copy thereof.
