Landlord Estoppel Certificates. 30.1 Landlord agrees to furnish within ten (10) business days after request by Tenant a certificate signed by Landlord stating the date to which Base Rent and Additional Rent has been paid by Tenant and confirming the absence or existence of defaults hereunder of which Landlord has knowledge.
