Landlord Has No Responsibility. Unless specifically excluded in Article 4 above, Landlord shall not be required to furnish to Tenant or any other occupant of the Leased Premises during the term of this Lease, any water, sewage, gas, heat, air conditioning, light, power, steam, telephone, or any other utilities, equipment, labor, materials or services of any kind whatsoever.
