Common use of Landlord Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Landlord Indemnification. Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant and Tenant-related parties harmless against and from all Losses arising from any use of, or any activity done, permitted or suffered by Landlord or Landlord’s agents, contractors, invitees or licensees in or about the Premises. If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall defend the same at Landlord’s expense by counsel.

Landlord Indemnification. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, except to the extent caused by or arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant, its agents or employees, Landlord shall indemnify, defend indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from any against any loss, cost, liability, damage and Tenant-related parties harmless against and from all Losses expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any use of, the gross negligence or any activity done, permitted or suffered by Landlord or Landlord’s agents, contractors, invitees or licensees willful misconduct in or and about the Premises. If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall defend the same at Landlord’s expense by counsel.

If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant kind by reason of any such claimbreach, upon notice from Tenantviolation, or non-performance of any condition hereof on the part of Landlord. Landlord shall defend the same at indemnify and save harmless Tenant from injuries or damages caused or occasioned by Landlord’s expense by counsel, its agent, servants or employees.

Landlord shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend and hold Tenant and (except for Tenant-related parties harmless 's gross negligence or willful misconduct) against and from all Losses claims, losses or liabilities for injury or death to any person or for damage to or loss of use of any property arising from out of any use ofoccurrence in, on or any activity doneabout the Premises or Parking Area, permitted if caused or suffered contributed to by Landlord or Landlord’s 's agents, contractors, invitees or licensees in or about the Premises. If any action or proceeding is brought against Tenant by reason arising out of any such claimoccurrence in, upon notice from Tenantor at the Premises or on account of the use, Landlord shall defend the same at Landlord’s expense by counsel.condition, occupational safety or occupancy of the
