Common use of Landlord Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Landlord Indemnity. Except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, its employees, agents or contractors, Landlord will indemnify and hold Tenant and the Tenant Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all Claims resulting from or arising out of any willful misconduct or negligent act or omission of Landlord, its employees, agents or contractors, or breach of this Lease by Landlord.

Landlord Indemnity. Except to the extent caused by the Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant, its subsidiaries, partners, parental and other affiliates and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees and contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses and losses arising from Landlord’s gross negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the operation by Landlord of Tenant, its employees, agents or contractors, Landlord will indemnify and hold Tenant and the Tenant Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all Claims resulting from or arising out of any willful misconduct or negligent act or omission of Landlord, its employees, agents or contractors, or breach of this Lease by LandlordProject.

Landlord Indemnity. Except to the extent caused by the Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant, its subsidiaries, partners, parental and other affiliates and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees and contractors harmless from any and all claims arising from Landlord’s gross negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the operation by Landlord of Tenantthe Project, its employees, agents or contractors, but only to the extent covered by any insurance maintained by Landlord will indemnify and hold Tenant and covering the Tenant Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all Claims resulting from or arising out of any willful misconduct or negligent act or omission of Landlord, its employees, agents or contractors, or breach of this Lease by LandlordProject.
