Common use of Landlord May Assign Clause in Contracts

Landlord May Assign. Landlord’s right to assign this Lease or sell or convey the Premises, subject to this Lease, are and shall remain unqualified. Upon any said assignment, sale or conveyance and provided the Landlord’s purchaser assumes all obligations hereunder, Landlord shall thereupon be entirely freed of all obligations of the Landlord hereunder accruing thereafter and shall not be subject to any liability resulting from any act or omission or event occurring after said assignment, sale or conveyance.

Landlord May Assign. Landlord’s Landlord shall have the right to sell, convey, transfer or assign this Lease all or sell any part of its interest in the real property and the buildings of which the Premises area part or convey the Premises, subject to its interest in this Lease, are and shall remain unqualified. Upon any said assignment, sale or conveyance and provided the Tenant agrees to attorn to Landlord’s purchaser assumes all obligations hereunder, Landlord shall thereupon be entirely freed of all or assignee. All covenants and obligations of Landlord under this Lease shall cease upon the Landlord hereunder accruing thereafter execution of such conveyance, transfer or assignment, but such covenants and obligations shall run with the land and shall not be subject to any liability resulting from any act binding upon the subsequent owner or omission owners of said land or event occurring after said assignment, sale or conveyanceof this Lease.
