Landlord Not Liable for Other Tenants. Landlord and its agents shall not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by other tenants or persons in, upon or about Building 5, Property or other real property in the vicinity of the Property, or caused by operations in construction of any private, public or quasi-public work in or to Building 5, the Property or such other real property, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.
