Landlord Not Responsible. 6.05.01 The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Landlord shall not be liable or responsible in any way to the Tenant for any Claims resulting from any interruption or any cessation or unavailability of, or a failure in, the supply of any utility, service or system serving the Demised Premises or any part thereof, whether supplied by the Landlord or others.
