Landlord Right to Enter and to Relet. If Tenant vacates or abandons the premises as defined above, Landlord may, at its option, enter into the premises without being liable for any prosecution therefor or for damages by reason thereof. In addition to any other remedy, Landlord, as agent of Tenant, may relet the whole or any part of the premises for the whole or any part of the then unexpired Lease term. For the purposes of such reletting, Landlord may make any alterations or modifications of the premises considered desirable in its sole judgment.
