Landlord Waivers or Subordination Agreements. The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain written subordinations or waivers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and the Required Lenders, from the lessor of each leased property or bailee in possession of any Collateral (other than locations where Collateral with an aggregate fair market value of not more than $2,500,000 individually is stored or located), within forty-five (45) days after the Closing Date or such other time when Collateral is held at the relevant leased property or with the relevant bailee, as applicable.
