Landlord Waivers or Subordination Agreements. The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain written subordinations or waivers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and the Required Lenders, from (x) the lessor of the Loan Parties’ headquarters and (y) the lessor of each other leased property or bailee in possession of any Collateral (other than locations where Collateral with an aggregate fair market value of not more than $2,500,000 individually is stored or located).
