The landlord acknowledges and agrees that: (a) it relies on its own independent legal, financial, taxation and other advice before entering into this agreement; (b) it will comply with any notice, reporting or other requirements under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld); and (c) there is no bond payable by the tenant to the landlord.
