Tenant hereby waives all claims for damages or other liability in connection with, following an Event of Default, Landlord’s reentering and taking possession of the Premises or removing, retaining, storing or selling the property of Tenant as herein provided, and no such re-entry shall be considered or construed to be a forcible entry.
