Common use of Landlord’s Actions on Premises Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Actions on Premises. Excepting any claims for damages or other liability arising out of Landlord's or its agents' or its representatives' gross negligence or willful misconduct, Tenant hereby waives, and releases Landlord from, all claims for damages or other liability in connection with Landlord's or its agents' or representatives' reentering and taking possession of the Premises or removing, retaining, storing or selling the property of Tenant as herein provided, and Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds Landlord harmless from any such damages or other liability, and no such re-entry shall be considered or construed to be a forcible entry.
