Landlord’s Actions on Premises. Tenant hereby waives, and releases Landlord from, all claims for damages or other liability in connection with Landlord’s or its agents’ or representatives’ reentering and taking possession of the Premises or removing, retaining, storing or selling the property of Tenant as herein provided, and Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds Landlord harmless from any such damages or other liability, and no such re-entry shall be considered or construed to be a forcible entry. -21- [Intralase Corp]
