Common use of Landlord’s Approval of Sufficiency of Funds Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Approval of Sufficiency of Funds. Prior to commencing any portion of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, for Landlord’s review and approval, funding commitments or evidence of other financing arrangements that provide for payment of Tenant’s funding obligation. Such evidence shall be in a form reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and shall satisfy the provisions of Section 1.2 of this Agreement.
