Common use of Landlord’s Consent Required Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall not mortgage or assign its interest under this Lease or sublet the Leased Premises of any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld. No assignment or subletting shall relieve Tenant of its obligations under this Lease.
