Landlord’s Cure Rights Upon Default of Tenant. If Tenant defaults in the performance of any of its obligations under this Lease, and fails to cure such default on a timely basis (pursuant to SECTION 21.2), Landlord, without thereby waiving such default, may (but shall not be obligated to) perform the same for the account, and at the expense of, Tenant.
