Common use of Landlord’s Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Indemnification. The provisions of Section 10.1 above -------------------------- shall not apply to any mechanic's lien or other lien for labor, services, materials, supplies, machinery, fixtures or equipment furnished to the Demised Premises in the performance of Landlord's obligations to construct the Improvements required by the provisions of Article II hereof or in the performance of Landlord's other obligations under this Lease, and Landlord does hereby agree to indemnify and defend Tenant against and save Tenant and the Demised Premises and any portion thereof harmless from all losses, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from the assertion, filing, foreclosure or other legal proceedings with respect to any such mechanic's lien or other lien.

The provisions of Section 10.1 11.1 above -------------------------- shall not apply to any mechanic's ’s lien or other lien for labor, services, materials, supplies, machinery, fixtures or equipment furnished to the Demised Premises in the performance of Landlord's ’s obligations to construct the Improvements required by the provisions of Article II hereof or in the performance of Landlord's ’s other obligations under this Lease, and Landlord does hereby agree to indemnify and defend Tenant against and save Tenant and the Demised Premises and any portion thereof harmless from all losses, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' ’ fees resulting from the assertion, filing, foreclosure or other legal proceedings with respect to any such mechanic's ’s lien or other lien.

Landlord’s Indemnification.
