Common use of Landlord’s Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Indemnity. Landlord hereby indemnifies, saves and holds Tenant harmless from and against any and all liability, damages, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered or incurred by Tenant and to the extent arising out of or in connection with the breach of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants of Landlord under this Article 28.

Landlord’s Indemnity. Landlord hereby indemnifieswill protect, saves indemnify and holds save harmless Tenant harmless and its agents, employees, officers and directors, from and against any and all liabilityliabilities, obligations, claims, damages, claimspenalties, lossescauses of action, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered or incurred by Tenant and to the extent arising out of or in connection with the breach of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants of Landlord under this Article 28.

Landlord’s Indemnity. Landlord hereby indemnifieswill protect, saves indemnify and holds hold Tenant harmless against and from any penalty or damage or charges imposed for any violation of any laws or ordinances whether occasioned by the neglect of Landlord, its servants, or agent, and Landlord will, at all time protect, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless against and from any and all liabilityloss, damagescost, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered damage or incurred by Tenant and to the extent expense arising out of or in connection with the breach of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants failure of Landlord under in any respect to comply with and perform all the requirements and provisions of this Article 28Lease.

Landlord’s Indemnity. Landlord hereby indemnifies, saves agrees to indemnify Tenant and holds hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all liabilitycost, damage, liability or expense incurred by Tenant, except for consequential damages, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered which results from any willful misconduct or incurred by Tenant and to the extent arising out of or in connection with the breach of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants gross negligence of Landlord under this Article 28or its agents.

Landlord’s Indemnity. The Landlord hereby indemnifiesagrees to indemnify and save -------------------- harmless the Tenant and the agents, saves servants and holds employees of the Tenant harmless from and against any and all liabilityclaims for personal injury, damagesdeath or property damage, claimsfor incidents occurring in or about the Premises, lossesBuilding or Property and caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, costs and expenses its agents or employees (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered whether or incurred by Tenant and to not acting within the extent arising out scope of or in connection with the breach of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants of Landlord under this Article 28employment).

Landlord’s Indemnity. Except as noted above or elsewhere in this Lease to the contrary, Landlord hereby indemnifies, saves shall indemnify Tenant and holds Tenant save it harmless from and against any and all liabilitythird party claims, actions, damages, claims, losses, costs liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fee and disbursements) suffered or incurred by Tenant and to the extent arising out of or expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property occasioned by any negligent or intentional act or omission of the breach Landlord, its agents or employees or as a result of any representations, warranties, agreements and/or covenants acts occurring in or about the Common Areas. The indemnities set forth in this Section 26 shall survive the expiration of Landlord under this Article 28Lease.
