Landlord’s Joining into Permit Applications. At Tenant’s request, Landlord shall join in the application for any permits or authorizations referenced in Section 6.5.3.2 hereof whenever such action is necessary; provided, however, that (1) any such joinder shall be at no liability, out-of-pocket cost or expense to Landlord and (2) any Plans and Specifications required to be filed in connection with any such application that require the approval of Landlord shall have been approved by Landlord.
