Landlord’s Lien/Security Interest. Landlord hereby waives any right of distraint or statutory lien for rent against Tenant’s property on the Premises that would permit Landlord to possess or sell Tenant’s property before obtaining a judgment. Landlord does not waive any right to obtain and enforce any judgment lien or any pre-judgment rights and remedies other than those described above.
