Common use of Landlord’s obligation to provide the Services Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s obligation to provide the Services. (A) Subject to the following provisions of this paragraph, the Landlord shall provide the Services. (B) The Landlord may at its reasonable discretion discontinue, suspend, vary, extend, alter or add to the Services if the Landlord considers that by doing so the Estate, its services or amenities may be improved or the management of the Estate may be more efficiently conducted.
