Common use of Landlord's Obligation to Rebuild Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Obligation to Rebuild. If the Premises are damaged or destroyed, Landlord shall provide Tenant a good faith estimate of the time it will take to repair the Premises and Landlord shall promptly and diligently repair the Premises unless it has the right to terminate this Lease as provided in Section 19.2 below and it elects to so terminate.

Landlord's Obligation to Rebuild. If the Premises are damaged or destroyed, Landlord shall provide Tenant a good faith estimate of the time it will take to repair the Premises and Landlord shall promptly and diligently repair the Premises to substantially the condition existing as of the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant, unless it Landlord has the right option to terminate this Lease as provided in Section 19.2 below herein, and it Landlord elects to so terminate.
