Landlord’s Project Management Fee. For management, supervision and/or review of the Tenant Improvements, an amount equal to the actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing the plans for the Tenant Improvements.
Landlord’s Project Management Fee. In connection with Landlord’s construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a fee equal to three percent (3%) of the cost of the Tenant Improvements.
