Landlord’s Remedies are Cumulative. All the remedies of Landlord in the event of Tenant default shall be cumulative and, in addition, Landlord may pursue any other remedies permitted by law or in equity. Forbearance by Landlord to enforce one or more of the remedies upon an event of default shall not constitute a waiver of such default.
