Common use of Landlord's Remedies Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Remedies Cumulative. All rights and remedies of Landlord herein enumerated shall be cumulative. In the event of any breach by Tenant of any of the covenants or provisions of this Lease, then, regardless of whether the Lease Term has commenced, this Lease has been terminated, or Landlord has recovered possession of the Demised Premises, Landlord shall have the right of injunction and the right to invoke any remedy allowed at law or in equity, and mention in this Lease of any particular remedy shall not preclude Landlord from any other remedy at law or in equity.
