Landlord’s Remedies Exclusive. The right, power and remedy of Landlord as provided for in Section 1.4(b) of this Lease will be the sole and exclusive remedy of Landlord under this Lease, and every other right, power or remedy now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise are hereby waived in all respects.
