Landlord’s Remedies Generally. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default under this Lease, Landlord shall have all rights and remedies provided in this Lease or available at law or equity that are not otherwise specifically waived or limited pursuant to the terms of this Lease. All of Landlord’s rights and remedies granted pursuant to this Lease shall be cumulative, and except as may be otherwise provided by applicable Law or specifically limited pursuant to this Lease, the exercise of any one or more rights shall not preclude the exercise of any others.
