Landlord’s Remedies Not Exclusive. The several rights and remedies herein granted to Landlord shall be cumulative and in addition to any others to which Landlord is or may be entitled by law or in equity, and the exercise of one or more rights or remedies shall not prejudice or impair the concurrent or subsequent exercise of any other rights or remedies which Landlord may have and shall not be deemed a waiver of any of Landlord's rights or remedies or to be a release of Tenant from any of Tenant's obligations, unless such waiver or release is expressed in writing and signed by Landlord.
