Landlord’s Responsibilities. It is Landlord's responsibility to provide a Building, which is fully accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities and otherwise in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”). Landlord shall be responsible, at its own cost, to make such modifications, additions, or changes to the Premises as are required for compliance with the ADA or other laws applicable to the disabled as defined within those laws.
