Landlord has a right to install or place upon, or affix to the roof and exterior walls of the Premises, equipment, non-competitive signs, displays, antennas and other object or structure of any kind, provided the same shall not materially impair the structural integrity of the building or interfere with Xxxxxx's occupancy.
