All reasonable costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' ’ fees) incurred by Landlord in connection therewith, together with interest thereon (to the extent permitted by lawApplicable Law) at the Overdue Default Rate from the date such sums are paid by Landlord until repaid, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord, on demand.
