Landlord's Right to Enter the Premises. Tenant shall permit Landlord and Landlord's Agents to enter the Premises at all reasonable times with reasonable notice, except for emergencies in which case no notice shall be required, to inspect the same, to post Notices of Nonresponsibility and similar notices, and real estate "For Sale" signs, to show the Premises to interested parties such as prospective lenders and purchasers, to make necessary repairs, to discharge Tenant's obligations hereunder when Tenant has failed to do so within a reasonable time after written notice from Landlord, and at any reasonable time within one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Term, to place upon the Building ordinary "For Lease" signs and to show the Premises to prospective tenants.
